    Develop an understanding of the foundations for social work ethics and ethical decision making. Define the professional relationship and discuss limits, problems and dilemmas. Develop a further understanding of client self-determination. Define and differentiate between personal, societal and professional values. Participants will discuss case scenarios that pose ethical dilemmas and their potential solutions in community social work settings, and medical, correctional and school settings. Course content is meeting the continuing education license requirements Kentucky Board of Social Work KBSW2015005. Ethics renewal requirement 201 KAR 23:075 (4) KBSW Code of Ethics (valid until January 2016). Also accepting this Ethics training is Ohio Counselor and Social Worker CPE hours approved, #RCS030401 (valid until November 2015), by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage and Family Therapist Board.  Focus Area: Values and Ethics.
