    Fair on the Square

    Location:  Fountain Square at 5th and Vine Street, Cincinnati OH 45202

    We are changing things up a bit this year!! First we encourage you to join us in promoting the theme, #B4Stage4. The average wait time to seek treatment for mental illness is 8 years. Just as we do not wait till Stage 4 to treat cancer, we need not wait till Stage 4 to treat mental and substance use disorders. #B4Stage4 is a National Campaign through Mental Health America to raise awareness about the costs of untreated mental and substance use disorders. This is a theme we can all rally around. Check out their website for more information (http://www.mentalhealthamerica.net/b4stage4).

    Secondly, in order to increase traffic to all booths, we will be offering “passports” to all visitors who check in at the MHA booth. Fair visitors will be entered to win one of ten prizes (provided by MHA) for completed or partially completed passports. The cost of booths will be $150 and will include the following: 1  covered booth, 1 table and 2 chairs, 1 7” X 44” sign with your organization’s name, Agency name included in event publicity, Agency logo on the visitor passport, and Marker/Stickers to sign off on passports.

    If your organization wants a booth for the fair, please complete and return the registration form with a check for $150 made payable to “MHA” to:
